Mia works across the end-to-end MiddleGame value chain from initial sourcing and pipeline development to diligence, and portfolio management. She leads screening and sourcing activities with a particular focus on our four key investment themes.
Mia joined the MiddleGame team in 2021 with a background in strategy and innovation consulting within Financial Services. She brings extensive digital product development and Executive advisory experience having worked with numerous leading Financial Services organisations across the UK, Europe, US, and South Africa.
Mia holds a BA in History and Full Blue in Women’s Lacrosse from the University of Cambridge where she specialised in modern American history.
Outside of work, Mia is a keen sailor and can be found floating around Chichester Harbour pretending that Hayling Island is Hawaii.
